Cuvelo offers many different service lines and our teams always aim to provide the highest levels of service.
If something goes wrong, we'd like the chance to put it right.
We'd like to speak to you in the first instance, so please call the head of the team in the office you dealt with where possible.
After an initial review, if we haven't been able to help and reach a solution, one of our team will be back in touch within two working days to discuss the next steps.
We would hope to resolve any issues you raise with us, however if after following our internal complaints handling procedure you still feel we have not done so, you are free to contact our Ombudsman:
