Do you usually work as sole agents?


Yes, we are typically instructed by vendors to act for them on a sole agency basis, and this allows us to really focus on selling your home well.




What price range do you cover?


If a home has been beautifully refurbished, we will represent it! In the past, we have offered for sale homes ranging from £500,000 to £10,000,000 and everything in between.




What areas do you cover?


We sell homes in the best London locations, which doesn't necessary mean they are only in Zone 1. Having represented homes in just about every postcode in London, we have an intimate knowledge of the specialist market for refurbished homes.




Is your office open to the public?


Our main office is in central London, but these are not walk-in premises. However, we are always delighted to travel to meet prospective sellers, and we welcome clients to our offices by appointment.




Are your homes advertised on the online portals?


In addition to our own portal, we work with Rightmove and have close working relationships with search agents, relocation agents and investors, providing our homes total visibility across the whole market. We also travel out to Asia and Middle-East to sell our listed homes, as well as those that are still under-going refurbishment.




How can I sign up to hear about new homes?


We send a ‘property alert’ by email whenever a new property comes onto the market, and also email out a regular newsletter. To receive this, please click on ‘Subscribe’ at the bottom of this page and fill in your details.




Why buy a Cuvelo home?

Are all of your homes shown on your website?


The majority are, but we do sometimes email off-market opportunities to our registered buyers. This is why we encourage you to sign up for our email alerts (go to Subscribe at bottom of page), so that you never miss out on the opportunity to find the homes that’s perfect for you.




What does your warranty cover?


We provide a one-year Cuvelo warranty to deal with any snagging or other problems that arise after purchase, leaving you to focus on the joy of owning your own beautifully refurbished home. The warranty commences on the day of completion of purchase and ends midnight the night before the first anniversary of that completion. We work with some of the finest craftsmen and tradesmen in London to undertake warranty work, and frequently also with the contractors who carried out the refurbishment of the home in question. We are normally able to carry out any required remedial work quickly and efficiently and the amount of the warranty, aggregating all claims relating to any particular home, is in all circumstances capped at 25% of the agency fee that we generated on selling the property. Detailed terms and conditions of the warranty will be provided to a prospective buyer upon an offer to purchase being accepted by a vendor.




I would like to sell my unfurnished flat with you. Is this possible?


We sell only ready-to-live-in flats and for this reason we would be happy to offer you a furnishing/ styling service which includes furniture/ styling design proposal, ordering, delivery and installation of furniture and small accessories. This service will make your home look contemporary and absolutely stunning and will really add to its curb-appeal. Crucially it's also something that many of our buyers look for - as they want to be able to move in straight after purchase.




As a buyer, if I don't want the furniture, is there a discount?


We sell only ready-to-live-in homes which means that everything is in place, from furniture to bed linens. If you have your own furniture we can remove the existing furnishing for a small fee. Thereafter the total sale price will remain unchanged.




I want to sell my flat with you but want to keep my furniture for viewings and move it to my new home after sale. Is this possible?


Sure that's no problem. We will include for the buyer an aftersale furniture package which means that once the flat has been purchased and you have moved out with your furniture, we'll take a few days to move new furniture into the flat to make sure that it is ready-to-live-in for the new owner. This service involves a small extra fee.
