How do you feel about an agency that only sells beautifully refurbished homes?

Buying a home: with or without furniture?

With - If I like the home I want to buy it as I see it.

Without - I want to use my own furniture.

Not sure - Maybe I would keep some items and mix them with my own furniture.

What do you think about the one-year warranty on a home purchase?

Best thing ever - I had one when I bought my phone I don't see why shouldn't I have one when I buy a home.

Ok - But I would buy anyway if I like the home.

Why is there a warranty?
